On the lookout for (actually) fun baby shower games in 2025 and 2026? Check out my list of the top baby shower games that aren’t cheesy and will make your event one to remember!

Let’s be honest, baby shower games can be very hit or miss. While always well-intended, some traditional games and activities are not fan favorites or might just be a little played out. But with the right mix of creative, unique, and energetic activities, baby showers can be a hit for everyone.

If you’re in need of fun baby shower games to ensure your party is truly a good time, you’re in luck. I’ve put together a list of the best baby shower games guaranteed to create fun moments your guests will be talking about for years to come!

01. Diaper Pong

@ocflowerwalls

Attach diapers to a board and have players try to toss ping pong balls into them. Make sure to assign each diaper a value, and the player or team with the most points at the end will win.

02. Pregnant Twister

Put a fun spin on this classic game by having guests strap pillows or balloons under their shirts before playing a round of Twister.

03. Musical Pacifiers

Think musical chairs, but with pacifiers instead! Each guest must grab a pacifier when the music stops to stay in the game until only one is left standing.

04. Baby Scavenger Hunt

Hide small baby-related items (socks, mittens, pacifiers, or rattles) around the venue before the shower starts. Give your guests a scavenger hunt list, set a timer, and send them off. Whoever finds the most hidden items wins.

05. Feed the Baby

@mandiemortem

This baby shower game is perfect for Instagram-worthy fun! Pair guests into groups of two, with one person acting as “the baby” while the other is “the mom“. The mom will need to spoon-feed the baby with actual baby food!

You can play around with the rules for this one, too. Set a time limit for the game or have guests race to finish their jar of food. You can also have guests face each other, with the mom blindfolded, or have the mom stand behind the baby while playing!

06. The Price Is Right

Lay out a variety of common baby items (like diapers, wipes, onesies, and baby wash) and have guests guess how much each item costs, then total their guesses. The person closest to the real total without going over wins.

07. Baby Sock Match

Dump a pile of tiny baby socks—all mixed up—onto a table. The first guest to match six correct pairs is the winner!

08. Blindfolded Diaper Change

Using stuffed animals or dolls and plenty of diapers, blindfold players, and time how fast they can change a diaper. To mix things up, add messy details like melted chocolate or peanut butter for an extra challenge. The fastest (and cleanest) diaper change wins!

09. Who’s That Baby?

@pulppapergoods

Before the event, collect baby photos of the parents-to-be, family members, and friends. Mix them together and number each one, giving guests time to guess who each baby is.

10. Baby Trivia

Set up baby-themed trivia questions and have guests create teams to compete in. I love this game for a co-ed baby shower.

11. Guess the Baby Item

Place various baby items in a brown paper bag and allow guests to feel (but not see) inside to guess what each item is. Choose items that could be mistaken for something else—bottle nipples and pacifiers, mittens and socks, etc.—to make the game a little harder.

12. Baby Stroller Race

For outdoor venues, set up a mini race track and let guests race strollers (holding only dolls, of course) around cones and other obstacles.

13. Baby Bottle Chug

@emily_spellman138

Fill baby bottles with juice or soda and have guests race to see who can chug the bottle the fastest. This baby shower game tends to be a hit amongst adults and kids alike!

14. Baby Shower Jeopardy

Set up a Jeopardy-style board with baby-related categories like celebrity babies, famous movie lines, common baby facts, etc., and create teams to compete for points. This one’s another great option for co-ed showers or larger groups.

15. Blindfolded Block Race

Give guests a blindfold and a pile of baby blocks. Set a timer, and whoever has the tallest stack when the timer runs out wins. Trust me, this one isn’t as easy as it sounds, but it’s definitely fun!

16. Chopstick Pacifier Pickup

Place pacifiers on a table and hand each guest one chopstick. Players will hold the chopstick between their teeth and try to pick up as many pacifiers as they can in one minute!

17. Baby Shower Gift Bingo

@digibloomcollective

Keep guests engaged during gift opening with Baby Shower Bingo. Print bingo cards and let guests fill out each square with what they think Mama will get as a gift. As gifts are opened, they can mark off matching items and get a chance to score bingo!

Final Thoughts

Baby showers are about celebrating, connecting, and having fun. Use the fun baby shower games above to ensure your activities are the highlight of your event!
